This project will need to be billed separately from the street resurfacing contract. BINDER COURSE: Construct a one-course bituminous concrete binder course to a nominal compacted Thickness of 2". TACK: Apply a coat of tack to bond binder course to surface course. SURFACE COURSE: Construct a one course bituminous concrete wearing surface to a nominal compacted Thickness of 1". QUANTITY: +/- 3,689 square yards. Price to include Striping of lot STRICKLAND CENTER MILL AND OVERLAY Strickland Recreation Center, 800 Kahler Street SUBGRADE: Mill existing asphalt to a nominal depth of 1.5". Dispose of milled asphalt offsite. SURFACE COURSE: Construct a one course bituminous concrete wearing surface to a nominal compacted Thickness of 1.5". QUANTITY: +/- 1,786 square yards. Price to Include Striping of lot FARMER'S MARKET MILL AND OVERLAY Farmers Market, Lower lot, 21 East Guilford Street SUBGRADE: Mill existing asphalt to a nominal depth of 1.5".
