| Description | The Project includes the following Work: The Work for the Base Bid will consist of the resurfacing of West Hull Court, West Hull Drive from Liberty Road to U.S. 23, Hawthorn Boulevard from Liberty Road to U.S. 23; this portion of the work will be partially funded with an Ohio Public Works Commission grant. The Base Bid will also include locally-funded cold-in-place recycling (CIR) with an asphalt overlay of Hillside Drive, Tarpy’s Lane, Park Lane and Orchard Lane. The Project also includes the following locally-funded Add Alternates: The Work for Add Alternate 1 will consist of the resurfacing of Chatham Lane The Work for Add Alternate 2 will consist of cold in place recycling (CIR) with an asphalt overlay of Hickory Lane. The Work for Add Alternate 3 will consist of a pedestrian crossing of W. Central Ave. at Chatham Lane along with new concrete sidewalk along Chatham Lane.
