| Description | The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes the replacement of two (2) existing multizone rooftop units and the electric baseboard throughout the building, the installation of new variable air volume boxes and required ductwork modifications, roofing removals of approximately 16,050 square feet of the asphalt roofing system to the metal deck, and replacement with a new complete TPO roofing system, cover board, insulation, metal edges, and wall flashing repairs as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. |
