Chaplin Office Repair

Contractor will remodel the “New” chaplain area and subdivide the back office into two (2) offices approximately 85 square feet each. Measurement of new subdividing wall is approximately 8 foot 5 inches (see attached drawings).The subdividing wall will need to be soundproofed and existing interior wall will need soundproofing added. Sheetrock will be removed and replaced to allow for installation of soundproofing. An interior door w/ window will need to be added for access into newly created office and existing interior office door will need to be replaced to match. Refer to attached drawings and pictures for specifications. Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions and designs. Contractor will be responsible for providing matching hardware and cores for both doors. All interior walls will be painted to match existing in accordance with 159th standard. All carpet tile in the area will need to be removed and replaced to match existing in accordance with 159th standard. Lighting controls will need to be redesigned to allow for independent control from each office. Electrical will need to be modified for use and code. Relocating three Ethernet drops and one MM fiber drop to include the jack wall plate over approximately twelve inches to existing communication drop wall box.
