| Description | Provide Boroughwide janitorial services for 13 FNSB locations. This is a performance-based contract with the requirements stated in terms of desired results with associated quality control standards. The Offeror shall schedule janitorial services; oversight shall be provided through FNSB General Services Department. The FNSB Contract Administrator shall be the General Services Manager, or their designee. The Offeror shall furnish all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, management, and services, except as expressly set forth as FNSB-furnished, and otherwise perform and provide the work. |
