Building Renovations and Roof Repairs at Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center

Construction-Manager-at Risk (CMR) shall investigate and coordinate all pre-construction and construction services for the renovation of the following building systems, materials, and/or equipment to meet code requirements, including the use of temporary electrical generation and temporary heating/cooling while permanent components are being replaced. 1. Replace plenum airspace with ducted return air in Buildings 522 and 524; 2. Replace lay-in acoustical ceiling tiles in Buildings 503, 515, 516, 522, and 524 with fire-rated, humidity resistant tiles and grid system; 3. Replace exterior doors and frames in residential buildings 514, 515, 516, 522, and 524. Exterior door hardware to be replaced as needed; 4. Replace existing HVAC units in Buildings 501, 502, and 538. Associated hot water boiler units to be replaced and water treatment to be added, where applicable; 5. Replacement of sanitary drain piping in Buildings 504 and 506 crawlspaces; 6. Replacement of electrical switchgear in Buildings 503, 522, and 524; 7. Roof replacement and repairs for Buildings 518, 522, and 524.
