Description | Project will upgrade or replace ventilation system, fire suppression system, pool building controls and install dehumidification unit to maintain pool water temperature, pool room temperature and humidity levels in pool area. Multiple areas will be renovated to improve overall training functionality. Building systems deficiencies will be corrected as part of this project. Facilities impacted by repair/construction will be in compliance with applicable ATFP, fire suppression, wind loading, flood elevation, seismic, accessibility, ASHRAE, and LEEDs codes and standards (as required) upon completion of the project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC)- N69450-22-D-0002/0003/0004/0005/0006/0007/0008/0009 B928 ASTC Facility Renovations The estimated cost of construction for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 period of performance of 340 calendar days. MBE (21.8%), WBE (6.9%) **All Site Visit participants must fill out the AMAG Base Access Form (Attachment E). Registration, proof of insurance and driver's licenses are required to obtain a station vehicle pass. Base Access Form (Attachment E) is due to Contract Specialist John Mack at john.e.mack5.civ@us.navy.mil and Contracting Officer at Lindsay Betteridge, at lindsay.e.betteridge.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Thursday, June 2, 2022 2:00 PM ET. Attendees must complete Attachment A, SECNAV 5512 and bring it with them to the Visitor Control Center. This will be required for entry on base. |
