Water Plant No. 1 Improvements

Work will include but not be limited to site work, including demolition and removal of one (1) bolted steel Ground Storage Tank No. 1; installation of one (1) welded steel Ground Storage Tank No. 1; electrical, conduit, controls, wiring and cathodic protection system for Ground Storage Tank No. 1; power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating existing welded steel Ground Storage Tank No. 2; removal and replacement of cathodic protection system for Ground storage Tank No. 2; removal and replacement of roof vent, roof access hatch, and interior access ladder for Ground Storage Tank No. 2; Power wash, abrasive blast and recoat all above ground existing piping that are to remain in place; proposed 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch water line piping; proposed storm sewer adjustments; proposed electrical modifications for the control building; removal and replacement of concrete driveways including proposed conduit and modify site drainage; removal and replacement of site piping, capping water lines, and installing blind flange; removal and replacement of chemical lines and appurtenances.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
