Sealcoating

Repairs and seal coating of parking lots on the school property. The seal coating and hot crack fill work is to include the west parking lot closest to the Harrison Benwell Conservatory, the long jump pit runway in the rear of the building, the circle driveway off of McCullom Lake Road, and the east parking lot and play lot areas. All cracks, ¼” or greater, are to be blown out and prepared for filler. Filler is to be hot rubberized tar mixture. The west lot, east lot, east play lot, and circle driveway are to receive (2) two coats of seal coating. Submit recommendation for the number of coats needed for the long jump pit runway, along with pricing for the recommended amount of coats. Include pricing for striping work in both the west and east parking lots. Parking spaces are to be painted in white paint. All spaces are to be in the same spot when painting. It is the contractor’s responsibility to make sure that the parking spaces are in their original places.
