Roadway reconstruction of W Court St from Griffin St to Pleasant St and the resurfacing of E Pincrest Ln from CTH H to S Sugarpin Way. Resurface city parking lot immediately south of the Fire Station on Broad Street, as well as the city parking lot at the northwest corner of E Geneva St and S Washington St. Roadway and parking lot reconstruction/resurfacing, including watermain, water valves, hydrants, storm sewer, spot replacement of curb & gutter and sidewalks, manhole/catch basin/inlet/water valve box adjustments, excavation common, aggregate base, asphaltic pavement, landscape restoration, traffic control, and erosion control.
