Plans consist of 32 units of senior housing and 12 units of family housing. Plans have not changed and no addendums have been issued for this new apartment project that includes all the required demolition, site improvements and (2) wood-framed apartment buildings totaling 34,894 SF that will be located at 1524 10th Avenue in Huntington WV. - Building A (senior apartments) is a 27,824 SF, 4-story wood-framed building with a total of (26) 2-bedroom apartments - Building B is a 7,070 SF, 3-story wood-framed building with a total of (6) 3-bedroom apartments - Similar building exteriors include stone, vinyl siding, vinyl windows, & EPDM roofing **NOTE REGARDING SF TOTAL: The Unit Area Summary chart shown on the cover sheet of Building A indicates a total SF amount of 22,215 SF which is the total SF of UNIT space only - not including any common area space. The combined project total space of both buildings including units and common area space totals 34,894 SF. As of August 1, 2023, construction is underway.
