Description

BASE BID: Replace existing roofs at Roof Areas A-05, A-06, A-07, A-14, A-15, A-19, A-20, and A-25 with new insulated, reflective, roof system as specified. Replace all existing sheet metal and provide MEP modifications as noted in the Drawings. Install new metal wall panel system between Roof Area A-15, A-25 and A-14 as noted in the Drawings. Install new metal soffit panels at Roof Area A-25. ALTERNATE BID NO. 1: Replace existing roof at Roof Area A-09 with new insulated, reflective, roof system as specified. Replace all existing sheet metal and provide MEP modifications as noted in the Drawings. ALTERNATE BID NO. 2: Spud and remove existing gravel surface and install new high-density insulation board and reflective roof system as specified. Replace all existing sheet metal and provide MEP modifications as noted in the Drawings. ALTERNATE BID NO. 3: Replace existing roof at Roof Area A-18 with new insulated, reflective, roof system as specified. Replace all existing sheet metal and provide MEP modifications as noted in the Drawings. ALTERNATE BID NO. 4: Replace existing roof at Roof Area A-03 with new insulated, reflective, roof system as specified. Install new metal wall panel system between Roof Area A-03, and A-02 as noted in the Drawings. Replace all existing sheet metal and provide MEP modifications as noted in the Drawings.
