Description

Scope of Work— The “B and C” levels of the parking garage has numerous areas where the concrete has spalled on the deck above and below. The contractor is to provide the labor and material to remove all spalled concrete from the areas to be repaired using hand tools, power brushes and pneumatic hammers not exceeding 15 lbs. Repair type: Overhead and floor level repairs up to 2 inches in depth Remove all spalled and loose concrete from the areas to be patched. Clean area and wire brush any visible rebar. Patch with an epoxy bonding mixture that is recommended for overhead use and applied per manufacturer’s instructions. This work shall be measured and cost estimated based on a per square foot basis.
