New Roof - Government Center Annex Building

1) remove exiting trusses, sheathing and roof system. 2) remove and dispose of all roofing debris from site. 3) remove approximately 2’ of parapet wall on each end of the building (this will be at 4 locations) so that gable truss will set flush with parapet wall. 4) adjust height of east parapet wall (approximately 10”) to match up with the west parapet wall. 5) install wood trusses on 2-foot centers with 3:12 pitch. 6) install ¾” plywood decking on trusses. 7) install framing for soffit on eaves and rake ends, if needed. 8) install ice and water shield on top of ¾” decking. 9) install 26-gauge (kynar finished) lock and seam roof panels so, it will match adjacent roof. 10) install metal facia and metal vented soffit. 11) install new gutters and down spouts on both eaves, down spouts can be surface drained. 12) install temporary fencing and barricades where needed. 13) protect all existing interior conditions from the outside elements. 14) protect all interior walls from outside elements. 15) must supply all equipment and machinery needed to complete job. 16) must have all construction zones visibly marked. 17) must not interfere with surrounding buildings day to day operations.
