Architectural/Engineering Design Services-Yankton Armory Project

Providing professional Architectural and Engineering design services for the 461825 – Kitchen Renovation – Yankton Armory project. This project will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for renovating the Yankton Armory Kitchen. Project will include installing a kitchen hood system, replacing flooring, wall tile, plaster ceiling, lighting, cupboards, countertops, doors, and potentially HVAC equipment. Current kitchen only has exhaust fans, no other equipment is mounted on roof above Kitchen, and therefore a structural review may be required to ensure feasibility of roof mounted equipment. Additional services such as construction administration/inspection will be negotiated at a later date should the project proceed to the construction phase. Estimated construction budget for the project is $214,000.00, but be advised that this number is subject to change.
