JP 7 – Exterior Renovations

The project involves, but is not limited to, exterior renovation to remove and replace the North and East entries, ramps & stairs. Also included in the scope of work is to remove the existing brick walls surrounding the judges parking lot with a new low concrete wall & aluminum security fence. The existing stairs at the West entry is to be removed & replaced with new stairs & handrail including a new sidewalk from stairs to existing sidewalk at West Street
