Park West Field 1 Renovations Re-Bid

To provide renovations for baseball field 1 located at the Park West Recreation Complex. The address of the site is 1251 Park West Blvd. Mount Pleasant, SC 29466. The successful Bidder will expand the arc area to appropriate dimensions as specified in the drawing contained herein. In general, the Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to, all labor, demolition, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, licenses, taxes, debris removal, hauling, supervision, site preparation and incidentals necessary to complete the Work which is generally described as renovations for baseball field 1 located at the Park West Recreation Complex all in accordance with the construction drawings contained herein. All Work must not start before November 15, 2022 and must be completed no later than February 15, 2023, to not interfere with scheduled use of the field. A Bid deposit shall be required from all Bidders, equal to five (5%) percent of the Bid amount. This deposit may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bond. Separate Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract amount will be required from the successful Bidder upon signing of the Contract.
