Install Cable Trays at JB-MDL

Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13). A contractor is sought to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to extend overhead cable trays and add additional circuits and pull down power cord reels at B678 located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey with a performance time of 30 days after contract award. The Contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision to meet all of the following requirements: - Contractor shall install approximately 200ft. of new cable trays/racks continuing off existing cable trays. (Cooper B-Line or equivalent) See attached sketch/drawing. - Contractor shall install approximately 14 pull down power cord reels with 30’ retractable cord with a 3 gang outlet on the end in proposed locations. See attached sketch/drawing. - Contractor shall install (2) 120/208v panels and circuit breakers to accommodate added circuits. New panels shall be installed approximately 40-50ft from existing main panel inside room. The existing main panel within the room shall be the source to energize newly installed panels. (Siemen’s or equivalent) Existing panels are Siemen’s. - Contractor shall install sixty three 20 Amp 4gang outlets in proposed locations. (See attached sketch). - Upon completion of the job contractor shall test voltages/phasing and assure all installed equipment is completely operational.
