RFP Engineering - Professional Consultant Services for Park Restoration and Pedestrian Bridge Project

The Town of Yarmouth, acting through its Town Administrator, hereby requests the submittal of proposals from qualified professional engineering design firms for Professional Consultant Services for Park Restoration and Pedestrian Bridge Project and associated work at 261, 275 & 281 Route 28, West Yarmouth, MA 02673. The estimated construction cost is approximately $700,000.00. The contract and its award process are not subject to the Uniform Procurement Act pursuant to the M.G.L. c. 30B or the Consultant Selection Law, Chapter 7C. Issuance of this Request for Proposals does not signify the Town's submission of this service to the provisions of the Act, and the contract and award will be made at the Town's discretion. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive informalities, and award the contract as deemed in the best interest of the Town, in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws. The Town is an EOE employer and encourages responses from Massachusetts-certified minority and women-owned businesses.
