Concrete Maintenance and Construction consists of the Contractor furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, and performing all operations necessary for the maintenance and construction of concrete sidewalk, curb, curb and gutter, driveways, roadway, minor storm sewer, and all appurtenant work in the West Area, one of three (3) designated areas of the City of Jacksonville. All bidders on this project must be on the approved Pre-Qualified Bidders List with the City of Jacksonville, Procurement Division, under the Horizontal category prior to bid opening.
