Parking Lot Improvements at Judicial Branch

Project scope covers improvements to parking areas as shown on the contract plans, and includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Full depth reclamation of existing bituminous concrete pavement and curbs. 2. Limited base replacement in an area of the parking lot. 3. Installation of new bituminous concrete pavement. 4. Line striping of parking areas and numbering of spaces. 5. Removal of catch basins; and installation of new catch basins and a trench drain. 6. Concrete sidewalk replacement 7. Exterior concrete stair replacement with new pre-cast concrete stair 8. Removal and reinstall of existing LED light figures on new poles and bases 9. New underground conduit and conductors for parking lot light fixtures 10. Removal of trees in parking lot and replacement with shrubs.
