Randolph Johnson Park Improvements

Construction of a 1,728+ sq. ft. combination bathroom building-picnic shelter with mechanical and storage rooms, six outdoor bench locations, 645+ square yards of concrete sidewalk, 325+ square yards of permeable pavers, and a 15+ vehicle asphalt parking lot. The work will also include grading, filling and compaction as well as, placement of 2,960+ of Bermuda sod and 685+ of hardwood mulch. Coordination of the Work by the successful Bidder with work by splashpad and playground installers will also be required.
