Provide all labor and materials to repair Chiller #1 as follows: Replace (8) Leaking Coils, Replace (2), Condenser Fan Motors, Replace (2) Condenser Fan Blades Replace (2) Condenser Fan Contactors Allow for compressor Oil change, if contaminated, in All (3) Compressors, Replace Filter Driers, Leak Check, Charge Each Circuit with Proper Levels of 410 A, Leak Check Each Circuit After Coil Replacement – Pressurize with Nitrogen, Check to ensure proper operation, This scope description is a general description. The contractor is responsible for providing all components necessary to provide a fully functioning unit. Walk through is mandatory. All labor and materials to be included in bid and to be completed in accordance with CPS specifications.
