Second Call - Halfmile Creek Mitigation Area, Trail Road Improvements and Low Water Crossing

Contractor shall supply equipment, labor, and clean fill material (coquina or crushed shell) as well as the removal of culvert, installation of railroad ballast granite rock for low water crossings, and installation of all erosion control measures. Additionally, coquina/crushed shell will be needed to fill several holes along the trail road. These will be identified by the District’s Project Manager and agreed upon by the contractor. The material calculation of sand and coquina shell is included in the Cost Schedule below (Exhibit 2).
