Lead Deadwood Schools Elementary Phase 3A

Elementary Renovation Phase 3A: The planned renovations for phase 3A for the project involves a renovation of the existing building additional that was completed in 1985. This phase will be followed by phase 3B which will include larger renovations to the 1985 portion as well as original construction of 1924. Phase 3A will renovate the existing Library room 219 and convert a portion of the space into a restroom that will be crucial for the following phases of the project. Demolition work will include concrete slab on grade, minor wall removal, ceiling/lighting modification, as well ss minor reconfiguration of the MEP system. New construction of the bathroom group will be based upon the previous restroom layout, materials and lighting that was completed in previous phase 2A of the classroom wing.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
