Approx 4,377 LnFt @ 8.5’ wide Phase 2 - West Main St in Newark west to steel bridge just south of SR 16. Approx 9,768 LnFt @ 8.5’ wide Phase 3 - Historic Steel Bridge behind Cherry Valley Hotel east to Gib & Lou Reese bridge over SR 16. Approx 11,669 LnFt @ 8.5’ wide Phase 4 - Mounts Rd east to Raccoon Valley Rd. Approx 3,440 LnFt @ 8.5’ wide
