Preconstruction fee. 5. Bid date and comparison of final estimated cost for the GMP immediately before bids were opened and actual cost of work immediately after bid opening (before VE). 6. Provide a detailed explanation if project cost exceeded initial GMP or estimated cost. 7. Identify the quantity and total value of approved change orders. 8.
