The work includes a 2050SF addition to Building #N-1, Naval Operational Support Center (NOSC) in Minneapolis, MN. The addition will include office spaces and storage. Renovation of the basement for reallocation of existing space of an approximate area of 2800 SF. Renovation of the first floor adjacent to the addition for reallocation of existing space of approximately 2800SF Infill of the open mezzanine area of the second floor to be allocated as office space of 2300SF The existing parking lot will be altered to accomodate the 2050SF addition by reduction of 5 stalls and shortening the turn radius at the building’s main entry, relocation of existing flagpole, and incidental related work.
