The undersigned, having familiarized themselves with the local conditions affecting the cost of the work with the contract documents including, Advertisement, Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Agreement, Bonds, General Requirements, Specifications and Drawings on file at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, hereby propose to furnish all of the labor, materials, tools, expendable equipment and all utility and transportation services necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all the work required Work requested to commence on or before June 1st, 2023. For consideration for an adjusted start date please provide, in writing, reasons for request. Proof of a minimum of 10 years' experience in related construction techniques and projects. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
