Description

Perform repairs to remediate water intrusion concerns into the building including, but not limited to, removing plaza and planter materials to perform repairs to structural slab; repair and seal all cracks and joints in structural slab; remove and replace existing area drain assemblies; installation of new waterproofing membrane system, drainage board and accessory components; prepare and perform chemical injection of cracks and joints in foundation wall; construct new built-up paving system over completed membrane; fill all paver joints with sealant; restore planter materials, landscaping and planting. Small Diverse Business minimum participation level is 7.5%.
