Commercial Street Rehabilitation - 24- PW: 4 - City of Bath

Commercial Street pavement is deteriorating; railroad tracks are showing through the pavement; there are gaps in the sidewalk network; conditions for cyclists are poor despite the fact this portion of road is part of the East Coast Greenway trail. The project may include improvements to cross streets Lambard, Broad, Arch, and Summer. As of October 2, 2023, this project is included in the City of Bath's 2024-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding allotted for FY 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
