Public Works Garage Re-Roofing Project

Site Directions: 135 W. Grandlake Blvd., West Chicago, IL 60185 The project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: Base Bid Work: Approximately 10,000 SF of existing prefabricated metal roofing panels to be coated with Fluid-Applied Waterproofing for Roofing Applications including counter-flashings. Alternate No. 1 Bid Work includes: Approximately 2,800 SF of existing built up roofing removal and replacement with a fully adhered EPDM membrane system. Alternate No. 1 will also include the repair of existing gyp-crete roof decking and the replacement of all counter-flashing. All questions shall be submitted in writing by 12:00 PM on July 6th, 2023. All questions will be answered and posted on QuestCDN advertisement by 4:00pm on July 10, 2023.
