First floor and parking level renovations The Project consists of: First Floor & Parking Level Renovations @ Margolis Apartments, Chelsea, MA. Removal and replacement of carport ceiling and mechanical systems including waste lines, toilet flanges, sprinkler lines, electric heaters, light fixtures, access panels, insulation Allow Electronic Quote: Yes General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Chelsea Housing Authority. Labor and Materials Payment Bond: The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract Amount. Performance Bond: The successful General Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, in an amount equal to 100% of the total Contract Amount.
