Dams Rehabilitation at J. Clark Salyer NWR The Contractor shall provide labor and materials to perform various dam projects on three dams at the JC Salyer NWR. See attached specifications and drawings for work to be performed on Dams 320, 326, and 332. Payment and performance bonds will be required within 10 calendar days of the awardee. Because of the bonds requirement, an offer guarantee is required, and are to be addressed and sent to the Contract Specialist. In order to be considered for award offerors must have an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM). You can review your status at www.sam.gov Project Magnitude $500,000-$1,000,000. **This is a total small business set-aside** WORK UNDER THIS CONTRACT: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to fulfill the requirements in accordance with the specifications and drawings. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF THE SITE: Failure of the contractor to ascertain the nature, location, and conditions which affect the work will not relieve the contractor from the responsibility for successfully performing the work without additional expense to the Government.
