| Description | SCOPE OF WORK The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish an agreement through fair and competitive negotiations for Local Area Networking Equipment. The goods and services requested in this document is part of the E-Rate filings for Funding Year 2023 for Fayette County Public Schools. Further information can be found at the USAC Website www.universalservice.org. The vendor must agree to comply with rules and regulations of USAC. Vendors must befamiliar with billing methods and timelines associated with USAC. Bids and awards related to this RFP are subject to receiving approval for funding throughthe E-Rate process. In the event projects are not funded, Fayette County Public Schools reserves the right to modify the scope of the project or cancel the project. Bidders must provide a SPIN number as part of the bid package. |
