Description

1. Contractor will provide 1,100 to 1,200 engraved bricks, measuring 2-14” (57mm) X 4” (102mm) X 8” (203mm) of similar color and composition throughout entire campaign. 2. Contractor shall have the ability to supply 20 to 40 engraved pavers, measuring 2-14” (57mm) X 8” (203mm) X 8” (203mm) of similar color and composition throughout the entire campaign. 3. Contractor shall have the ability to provide “animal clip art” as well as the capability to engrave the clip art into both the bricks and pavers. 4. Contractor shall provide free shipping on all orders of (5) or more bricks and or pavers. 5. Bricks and pavers shall match existing color and size that are currently installed at the Shelter which are: Color similar to a “Regimental Red Paver” 2-14” X 4” X 8” and Pavers shall be same in color “Regimental Red Paver” 2-14” X 8” X 8”. 6. Contractor shall develop for the Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter a donor website and an online order for no cost. 7. Contractor will guarantee that bricks will be delivered free form engraving defect and breakage. 8. Contractor will provide all necessary client services associated with timely inquiry response, online support and marketing assistance throughout the duration of the campaign. 9. Bricks and pavers must meet the American Disability Act (ADA) standards and be able to withstand high traffic patterns. 10. Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter staff will be responsible for all donation collections. 11. Offeror should include one engraved Regimental Red brick with their submittal as a sample.
