Description

Rental of a portable stage, trailer stage with a covered roof, and advertising banner system. o Floor Size: 32’ X 24’. o Floor Height: 46” to 66”. o Floor Rating: 85 pounds per sqft. o Covered Roof. o Deck to roof 16’ to 18’. o I-Beam for lights and flys (weight capacity, 1,000 lbs each, two of them). o Fly bay bar length 2’ to 3’. o 3 solid wind walls. - Power o 20kw Generator that will power the stage (Both Lights and Sound). ? If there is an independent sound or lighting contractor providing the generator, they will be required to share the power source with the other contractor providing the other service. - Stage Sound o Line array speakers to accommodate 1000 spectators in an open grass area. o Four stage monitor mixes with monitor wedges. o Six wireless microphones and stands. o Instrument microphones (For a variety of styles of bands). o Drum microphone kit with stands. o 24 channel Microphone stage snake. o 24 channel digital mixer with effects. o Adapters to accommodate performers to connect their gear up to house sound system. - Park Paging o Three independently powered speaker systems that will accommodate a coverage no less than 200 feet surrounding the tower. o Each paging system must be raised 15 feet in the air (Either by means of scaffolding or by means of a lift). o Each paging system must have a wireless receiver where the single transmitter will originate from the main stage and send a single mix that can be independent of the stage mix to each paging tower. o There must be a long-range microphone to make announcements throughout the park. o City will provide power outlets on light poles for paging system, but contractor must provide adequate cable to reach each receptacle. - Parade System o Three parade paging systems (Independent of park systems). o Each parade system must be capable of being raised 15 feet in the air. o Each parade system must be able to reach 200 feet on each side and 50 feet in front of it. (Parade system will be in a 190-degree pattern around the source) o Each parade system must be setup no later than 1 hour prior to the parade starting and must be taken down right at the end of the parade. o Parade system must be setup on the side of the road and cannot take a footprint larger than 6ft by 6ft. o Each parade system must be independently powered (Either by Inverter or battery) and cannot be powered by a generator. (Gas generators are not allowed to power the parade systems and there is no AC receptacle along the route. You will not be able to park a vehicle on the side of the road next to the parade system. Acceptable solutions will be either independent powered speakers or by means of a car battery and inverter. o Each parade system must include a microphone and 1/8-inch line input. - Stage Lighting o No less than six intelligent Par cans over the top of the stage. o Crowd blinders over the top of the stage to light up viewing area after fireworks and during performances. o No less than six ellipsoidal fixtures for front lighting. o No less than four intelligent moving yoke fixtures for stage effect. o Must provide free standing truss over top and in front of stage to hang blinders and par cans on. o Must provide truss or lifts for front lights. o Must provide a lighting operator during the time when the lights are needed. (From Dusk to end of night on both nights) o Lighting scenes must be pre-programed before event starts. - Setup and strike o Contractor can elect to setup lighting the day before the event starts in order to program lighting scenes. o All stage sound, paging and lights must be in full operation by noon on the first day of the event. o Parade system can be placed out on the parade route no earlier than two hours prior to parade beginning and no later than one hour before parade begins. o Parade system must be removed right after parade, Contractor will need to be at the end of the parade route to remove system to allow traffic to flow immediately following parade. o All other equipment can be removed after park is clear from spectators. - Sound and lighting crew o Contractor is to provide two (2) sound crew, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 4th. o Contractor is to provide two (2) Stage Lighting crew, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 4th. - Security, Liability and parking o City will provide Full-Time Security at the park until 11:00 PM Each Night, and then monitor the park every hour after that. Contractor assumes all liability for leaving gear out at event. City will provide a Parking Space for Contractor to park a small to medium size trailer to store needed equipment. o Contractor may park larger vehicles and trucks in the rodeo grounds during event but will not be able to retrieve vehicle until fall out area of fireworks has been cleared by Pyro crew. Riverton City Towns Days – Option to add Video Display Panels to the Stage: o 2 each - 8MM LED Video Display Panel (8.5 x 15). o Displays are attached to 4 each – LED Display Crank Up Lifts o Multi-View Vide Switcher. o HD Video Camera with Stand. o Contractor is to provide camera operator 5pm - 10pm on July 1st and 10am -Midnight on July 2nd. o Contractor is to provide video technical director - 10pm on July 1st and 10am -Midnight on July 2nd. o Deliver, set-up, pick-up.
