| Description | 1. Demolition of asphalt paving, concrete driveways, existing concrete, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, block retaining wall, trees, etc. as per the drawings. 2. Clearing and grubbing, site grading, installation of a new storm drain system, concrete work, milling, landscaping and sod installation. 3. Storm drain tie-ins as per the plans, and as stipulated in the contract bid specifications. 4. Asphalt paving, striping and associated work. 5. Installation of erosion control BMP’s. 6. All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. 7. The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project |
