| Description | Project NHP-015-1(161) is a Design-Build delivery project at I-15 and Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas. The existing Tropicana Fly-Over will be demolished and reconstructed creating improved driver mobility to the Casino Corridor. Additionally, the project will include a grade separation at Tropicana Avenue and Dean Martin Drive, High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Ramps at Harmon Avenue, constructing a Clark County water reclamation sewer relocation, and general traffic management improvements. The successful proposer agrees to perform professional and technical engineering services to ensure construction of Project NHP-015-1(161) I-15 north of Las Vegas in Clark County are accomplished in conformance with the plans, and specifications. |
