Description

This project is for the rehabilitation of one 5,000,000 gallon, buried, two-chambered, concrete ground storage tank, "Dogwood Reservoir," in Kettering, Ohio. The work is to include the cleaning and removal of sediment and debris; partial depth concrete spall repair; concrete crack repair; cleaning and coating of exposed steel reinforcement; strip and seal system for interior concrete wall-to-floor interface; the cleaning and repair of the roof vents, interior piping, and valves and piping in the valve vault; and other miscellaneous repairs.
