Tilton Pacific Construction is soliciting bid proposals for the new Grocery Outlet Shell Building and the new Heartland Dental Shell Building along with the related Site Work Improvements Located in Meridian, Idaho. This is a Tilton Pacific negotiated project. This project consists of the Construction of a new 15,421 sf Grocery Outlet shell building and 4,273 SF Heartland Dental Shell Building and the associated site improvements for +/- 2.25 Acres. Bidding Subcontractors should review the Bid Documents that include the Instruction to Bidders, Bid Plans, Reports and other reference documents. Trades required include: Site Electrical Utilities: Site Electrical and Site Lighting Per Plan. Site Concrete: Concrete Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, Driveways, and other improvements. Concrete: Building Slabs & footings and misc. concrete per plan. As of March 10, 2023, the general contractor is seeking all concrete and electrical trades only for this project. Construction is expected to start April 2023. Value shown here is reflective of the total project value.
