*As of December 20, 2023 project was awarded to Dave & Lana Waters, Inc but awarded amount was not disclosed.** Reference Number 0000324369 improvements that generally consists of reconstructing a residential, minor arterial road and underlying wet utilities. Utility work includes replacement of water mains, repair of sanitary sewer mains, replacement of residential service lines, and construction of new stormwater drainage facilities including sewer and water quality ponds. Roadway work will consist of installation of median and traffic calming features, construction of curb and gutter, reconstruction of sidewalks and ADA ramps, installation of a transit stop, asphalt paving, and pavement markings. REPLACEMENT OF ALL EX 6" DIP WATER MAIN WITH 8" C-900 WATERMAIN WITHIN THE LIMITS OF FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION ON NORTH COLLEGE DRIVE. THIS WORK INCLUDES REPLACEMENT OR REINSTATEMENT OF FIRE HYDRANTS, LATERALS, WATER SERVICES, AND WATER METERS. 3. INSTALLATION OF 18" AND 24" SDR-35 PVC STORM DRAINS, INLETS, MANHOLES, AND STORM WATER QUALITY PONDS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION AND EXTENDING DOWN TO FLORIDA ROAD TO TIE INTO THE EXISTING STORM DRAIN SYSTEM. 4. SPOT REPAIRS OF THE 8" SEWER MAIN AND REPLACEMENT OF SEWER SERVICES THAT ARE IN POOR CONDITION WITHIN THE LIMITS OF FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION ON NORTH COLLEGE DRIVE. 5. REPLACEMENT OF ALL EX 6" DIP WATER MAIN WITH 8" C-900 WATERMAINS IN AQUARIUS PLACE. THIS WORK INCLUDES REPLACEMENT OR REINSTATEMENT OF FIRE HYDRANTS, LATERALS, WATER SERVICES, AND WATER METERS. 6. REPLACEMENT OF ALL EX 16" DIP WATER MAIN WITH 16" C-900 WATERMAIN IN AQUARIUS PLACE AND EXTENDING ACROSS NORTH COLLEGE DRIVE. Project area includes Aquarius Place and North College Drive from Florida Rd south approximately 1/2 mile, or approximately 500 feet south of the intersection with Aquarius Place. Work will include but may not be limited to reconstruction of roadways, construction of sidewalks and ADA ramps, replacement of existing water mains, repair of sewer mains, installation of storm sewer, construction of median and traffic calming features, replacement of driveway approaches, construction of curb and gutter, installation of a transit stop, asphalt paving, pavement markings, and construction of water quality ponds. Contractor shall obtain and provide all permits, QC testing, materials, supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to perform the required services. Contractor to review and 'stamp' compliance of all permanent material submittals prior to submission to City for review and approval. All work shall be completed under the supervision and inspection of the City Project Manager or assigned agent. Any deviation from the project or standard specifications shall be approved, in writing, in advance. Any deviation from the project or standard specifications without prior authorization shall result in the immediate suspension of work, removal of the non-compliant work at Contractor's cost, and possible termination of contract.
