Building 1, 2, and 3 Window Replacement - Florence, SC

This Solicitation is a Request for Quote, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, for a firm fixed priced construction purchase order. The USDA ARS requires that all labor, supervision, tools, and materials be provided to replace windows for Bldg. 1, 2, and 3 per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). A site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at 9:00AM EST at 2611 W Lucas Street, Florence, SC 29501. Please include a detailed breakdown of price with various cost elements (e.g. materials, sub-costs, controllers, etc.) Additional quote instructions can be found in Section L. All questions pertaining to this solicitation, including questions that arise during the site visit, must be submitted to jessica.pacheco@usda.gov by COB, Friday, August 4, 2023. Questions that are not submitted in writing or that are not submitted by the deadline, may not receive a response. Questions/answers discussed at the site visit will not be binding on the resultant contract unlesssubmitted in writing and incorporated into the solicitation by amendment.
