| Description | Building will be sited on the southeast section of the main campus with a close proximity to the necessary utilities. The site includes circulation and access to visitor and employee parking, delivery truck access, and loading bays located to serve the Center. Pedestrian access for office staff and tour groups is via a covered bridge ramp from Old Ferry Road to a new covered reception porch leading to the main entry. A small covered pavilion is sited adjacent to Old Ferry Road to provide a distinct identifying element and rallying point to orient the many tour groups visiting the center. |
