| Description | The Bluewater Pier is currently 5'x810'. The original structure is to be demolished. The Contractor will be responsible to provide their own means of electricity for all work. Contractor must demolish existing pier structure and remove all materials including: pilings, framing, decking, railing steps and associated hardware. The following specifications must be included in the bid: 1. All demolition costs associated with the removal of the existing structure 2. All demolished materials must be disposed of at NC DEQ permitted site, contractor shall provide disposal tickets upon request |
