| Description | This proposal is being issued in an effort to award a contract to a qualified vendor(s) that can service our existing security and fire alarm systems throughout our district as listed on this proposal (pages 17-21). The requested service consists but not limited to trouble shooting, repairing, and in some cases replacing the entire system to ensure that all security and alarm panels are functioning correctly and in accordance with all local and state guidelines. Furthermore, this service may also consist of working after normal (8-5) hours and may include weekends and holidays. A link to this virtual opening will be posted on our website at website. The awarding of the proposal will take place at a public school board meeting. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all proposals, waive minor technicalities, or to award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of, and provides the best value to, the District.
