Unit Heaters (12) and A/C Replacement Project

The project involves removal and replacement of 12 Unit Heaters, 6 are 200,000 BTU, 2 are 100,000 BTU, 2 are 60,000 BTU and 2 are 50,000 BTU. There will need to be an alternate bid for 1 50,000 BTU unit heater to be replaced with a single unit that does heat and A/C based upon the size of the room it is located in. This project will also include the replacement of 1 roof top A/C unit with a 3 TON A/C unit Contractor will be responsible to perform the disconnect of current unit heaters and connection of new unit heaters to existing gas and vent piping. Contractor is responsible for the safe disposal of the old unit heaters. Contractor will be responsible for the removal of the old rooftop A/C unit and installation of new 3 TON A/C unit as well as all materials associated with the A/C unit.
