Madras Elementary School Seismic Upgrade

1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statements are due by 4:00 PM current local time on the above date for bids to be considered for award. Bids and 1st Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Statement received after the required time and date time will not be considered. The scope of work for this bid includes, but is not limited to the following: Seismic strengthening of the roof and existing shear walls through sheathing/fastening and foundation improvements. Additionally, separating the gymnasium from the classroom wings by installation of a new bearing line and foundation below is included in the scope of work. Various interior improvements will also be required including relocation of electrical outlets, the intercom/alarm at the entry, and repair of wall and floor finishes. The scope also includes a portion of the building that will be re-roofed.
