Bagan Park - 92067 - City Of Tigard

Preliminary planning was done in 2015 and it identified that a detailed design and planning effort will be required to address wetland, Clean Water Services, and stormwater requirements prior to park development. This project involves the design, construction, and installation of a neighborhood park off of Greenburg Road in an underserved area that is lacking parks. The property was purchased in 2013 with funding from the 2010 Park Bond. A concept plan update will be completed to incorporate a new property that was donated to the city adjacent to the current property. Project is included City of Tigard FY 2021-2027 Capital Improvement Plan. As of December 13, 2023, per owner, there is no design team at this time. Design is expected to begin in April with construction bidding in early 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
