Furnish, Deliver and Install a Trane at CGAM 60-Tom Replacement Chiller for the Bullock Building at Lenoir Community College

A. The replacement of the chiller shall include disconnecting the existing chilled water piping and removing the old chiller. B. The existing equipment pad needs to be extended approximately 24”. C. The new chiller shall be installed on the existing concrete pad. D. The new chiller shall be connected to the existing chilled water pipe, providing new piping, valves, strainer, fittings, and insulation as required. E. The new chiller shall be connected to existing control system and controlled as currently set-up. F. The new chiller shall include a Bacnet card for integration into the control system. G. All new chilled water piping shall be heat traced. H. Work shall also include fusing the existing disconnect switch to match the chiller rating and re-working the circuit as required.
